Free delivery is available on orders to the UK mainland. This offer is unavailable for non-mainland UK addresses. Areas applicable to a delivery fee are as follows: The Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland.  

Goods to UK addresses should arrive within 5-7 working days. A signature may be required. Please advise of any special delivery instructions or if you require goods to be delivered to a different address.

  • Free delivery for standard UK delivery (UK Mainland only)
  • For the Scottish Highlands/Island, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland postage rates are £15.00

Returns

  • Please return goods within 28 days of purchase, following instructions on the dispatch note and send to the address below
  • Please complete the returns form indicating which product you would like to return and the reason for the return
  • Post and packing costs are non-refundable, however in the event of the goods being faulty we will cover costs for return postage (please contact a customer service representative on 01204 705070 prior to sending in this instance).
