MATSMITHS offers a range of products with varying guarantees. All of MATSMITHS products are quality checked against defects and should a quality issue arise please contact our customer services team on 01204 705070 or email [email protected]. You can also return your unused mat within 28 days of purchase for a refund if it is not suitable. For more information please see our returns policy.

MATSMITHS (standard and premium) products are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for atleast 1 year.

• Bar Runners are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 1 year.
• Casino mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 1 years.
• Darts Oche mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 1 years.
• Keyboard mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years.
• Exercise Bike mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years.
• Golf mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years.
• Entranceway & Area mats are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 5 years.
• Knee Saver and Knee Saver Safety products are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 5 years.

Every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur.
