  • Do not use fabric conditioner or a combined detergent and conditioner as this will reduce the absorbency of your mat
  • Some loss of fibre is normal when washing, the performance of your mat should not be affected.  Check the filters on your machine as directed by the washing machine manufacturer
  • MATSMITHS mats are super absorbent and in some instances you may need to double spin your mat. If you have a large drum machine, you may need to also re-position your mat for it to effectively spin.
